AMA Manual of Style (11th ed): Citing Your Sources

1. Make Sure You Have a Premium Sciwheel Account Through CHSU

Follow the instructions on our "How to ... Use Sciwheel" guide to create a Sciwheel account using your CHSU email.

2. Select "American Medical Association - AMA"

Select "American Medical Association - AMA" as the citation style. (The interface looks different depending on whether you're using Sciwheel on your web browser or in Office 365.)

3. Always Check Your Citations

Machines make mistakes, too. Check for capitalization, spelling, and other formatting mistakes in all your citations.
