This guide is intended as a resource to familiarize our wonderful preceptors with the excellent resources the CHSU Health Sciences Library has to offer and answer common questions about access and availability of resources.

As a valued member of the CHSU community, you have access to exciting resources, including ebooks, ejournals, study tools, procedural videos, drug monographs, clinical cases, and more!

This guide is intended as both a tutorial and a reference for all of the amazing resources the CHSU Health Sciences Library has to offer.

The menu on the left side of the screen is set up in a way to guide you through your first experience on the library website, beginning with:

  • How to access resources
  • A look at ways to search databases and collections using our search tools
  • Information on the wide range of services the library offers.
  • A list of many of the popular collections and tools, as well as a direct link to our Databases A-Z page that houses all of the premium resources we curate, along with many useful open-access resources we highly recommend.
