The work of the Health Sciences Library (HSL) is directly connected to California Health Sciences
University’s (CHSU) mission and describes our purpose for the user populations we serve. The HSL
ensures easy access to authoritative information resources, provides user-focused services, and
advances education and research in support of evidence-based patient care and life-long learning.
